Beef Pricing Information

Beef Pricing

We are currently selling American Wagyu (a cross between Angus and Wagyu) beef by the quarter, half or whole. Wagyu is known for superior marbling and tenderness compared to other breeds. The meat is dry-aged for 21 days at the butcher which increases the quality and taste of the finished product.

The price is based on the carcass weight once it goes to the butcher. You pay us directly for this cost and will be notified of the weight and cost as soon as they are dropped off. You will complete your cut list to specify your butchering preferences with Colorado Custom Meat and pay them for the processing separately. Processing costs depend on your cut list; you can find processing fees on their website.
